'Painted for Akureyrarvaka Menningarnótt (culture night) in 2014, this work was made over the long weekend festival in Akureyri, Iceland. Working in partnership with the Minjasafnið á Akureyri - (Akureyri Museum) the work is based on archival imagery of a play performed by a young actress named 'Sia.' Many thanks to Jon Gunnar Þórðarson, Hörður Geirsson and the people of Akureyri.
