Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with no damage, wear, or other s or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and must pay all return shipping charges.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@guidovanhelten.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping is to be arranged by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Artworks and photographs are delicate by nature. You need to take the utmost care and use the most caution to ensure the items are returned undamaged.

We recommend sending it back to us with some form of tracking and insurance for your return package in the event it is damaged during the return shipping. We will not be responsible for any damage sustained to the package or your returned item during transit.

Please re-use original packing materials if possible. If we receive your return item and it is damaged to the point where we are unable to sell the item to another buyer, we are able to return the item to you at no additional charge.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
